Ning Chang (Zhang Jun Níng), born in Germany on September 4th, 1982, is a Taiwanese film and television actress, and is known as "Taiwan's No. 1 Dispositional Beauty." She debuted in 2002 and graduated from the National Taipei University's Law Department in 2004. In 2006, she became popular for starring in the TV series "The Hospital." In 2010, she graduated from the Masters Class of the Industrial Economics Research Institute's Law Section in the National Central University. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 44th Taiwan Film Golden Horse Awards with the film "What on Earth Have I Done Wrong?!" and won the Best Actress Award at the 10th Taipei Film Festival. In 2013, she starred in the TV series "Best Times" as the female lead. In 2014, she starred in the TV series "You Light Up My Star" and played the role of Zhang Man Ling.
