: As the drug lord Gentleman harmed Wei Dong's wife, after Wei Dong is released from prison, in order to win back his family, he decides to catch drug dealers to earn bounties. Gambler Huo Sheng kills a drug-runner in order to take away the money and drugs from the car accident scene. By chance, Wei Dong and Huo Sheng become colleagues as dump truck drivers. Gentleman, who is comparable to Sherlock Holmes, follows the clues and finds their construction site. Therein, the three parties take the stage in a black comedy.
